Yeah, this kid is now 23 years old. My birthday celebrations have finally ended and I am super satisfied. I haven't had such a great birthday in years. Definitely thankful for such great friends. I was spoiled rotten this weekend.
So my birthday celebration started on Thursday at Shabu House with Andrew, Jon, Herman, Bonny, Daniel, Neal, Charlie, Tony, and David.
Friday morning before work, Jon drove us out to SF and treated me to brunch at Caffe Delucchi. We originally wanted to try Mama's, but after waiting in line for 45 mins~, we gave up because of hunger.
I had work after brunch with Jon, but it went by quickly. Daniel picked me up afterwards and we went to Tanforan with Bonny to shop around.
We went to Yancy's that night and I got pretty drunk. It was a very...interesting night. Went to sleep around 1230am, woke up once at 3am and was still drunk, finally sobered up around 6am T____T
Saturday morning was tiring. I went over to Daniel's and we had a late lunch around 4pm.
Left Daniel's around 6pm so I could get ready for dinner with Jessica, Bonny, Mimi, and Jon at 5A5!
Everything we had was super delicious. I didn't expect it at all but they ended up treating me ♥
Sunday: the birth day.
Started the morning with brunch at Parkside Tavern with Daniel, Andrew, and Bonny. Double date? I think so d:
After ONE damn mimosa, I was a bit buzzed so we went back to Bonny's. Decided to get up after a bit and go get tapioca! We ended up at Sutro Baths afterwards. It was a beautiful day.
Daniel and I both separated afterwards so we could get ready for dinner. He picked me up at 7pm and off we went to Koo.
Ahh baby looked so spiffy that night :3
Everything was simply DELICIOUS. I think it was definitely the best food I had all weekend. That Spoonful of Happiness...toro..toro hamachi..tuna and salmon tartar..omg, drool. I want to go back already. B spoils me so :3
This birthday did not disappoint. Again, thankful for great people who not only spent their money (a lot of money..!) but also their time to celebrate another year of my life with me.
