Disneyland!!!

August 26-28, 2011 - SO FUN. I've been having super bad withdrawals and it's already been like...what? Two weeks?

I had class on Friday but Herman came to pick me up right after I got off. We dropped by my house real quick to pick up my bags and then headed to Millbrae. Bought snacks at Safeway, drinks at Eggettes, and then had Chipotle for lunch! Left at 12:10pm and started on our long drive to Los Angelos!

We arrived around 5-6pm and had dinner at Boiling Point. MmmmMmm, so yummy even though it was such a hot day.

After dinner, we drove to Anaheim. Checked in the hotel and after dropping down our bags, we went outside to explore. There's "The Block" right behind Double Tree Hotel so it was super convenient for food and shopping.


Disneyland bound! Well first we had breakfast at Wendy's and then caught the 10am shuttle to the happiest place on earth :) It was sooo hot and Herman already started complaining when we were in line to get INTO Disneyland, haha.



Since it was still a little early, lines weren't too bad in the beginning. Astro blaster, star tours, all in good fun.





But it did get really hot after a while so we decided to cool ourselves down with frozen lemonade! We went on the "It's a Small World" ride and ate our frozen lemonade while "It's a Small World" sang on and on and on and on....



After a few more rides, we decided to go out and eat lunch at Ihop since the food in Disneyland is so expensive :x

I think we went straight to California Adventures after lunch? I'm not too sure. We went on the ferris wheel and man was that scary T____T After a few hours there, we headed back to Disneyland. We went on a few more rides and took a few more pictures and then it was time to go back to C.A to watch World of Color!!! WOOO~~~



But before heading back, we got a TURKEY LEG!! SO BIG AND JUICY. YUM.
So after finding the super long line for WoC, we sat down to wait and to enjoy our huge yummy turkey leg.



World of Color was so pretty. Loved the gorgeous and colorful lights..ridiculously creative~







We left CA/Disneyland shortly after that since the last shuttle for our hotel was at 11:45pm.

The next day we checked out, had lunch at The Block, and shopped around a little. We headed to Hollywood for a bit since we had time to kill before meeting Jon Wong for ramen.

And now...we're back in the city =/ I'm ready for another vacation already.
Like now.
Now would be nice.
