Sunday: GEFC reunion.
I went with Herman to Cornerstone church in the morning and then went to eat lunch at Jumbo with GEFC people! Herman left and then it was me, Seaton, Riley, and Kelly. First we went to pick up Chloris at her house and then we went to the hospital to visit her godfather. Left and dropped Kelly at church and the rest of us went to Japantown. Bought some yummy crepes, walked around, ate dinner (ramen!) &then Marco Polo ice cream + Quickly's. Hella fat that day :( Dropped Chloris home and we went in also because we wanted to visit the kids. OMO. Shawn &Kyra are so big now! Not in size, but in ...aging? I don't know! But Shawn speaks whole sentences now. Haha
Tuesday: BBQ at Linda's.
Herman picked me up around 1pm and we went to Irving because I needed to take my passport pictures. After that, we went straight to Linda's because we found out that everyone was already there. No lagging!? Surprise surprise. Hah. Mmm, chilled for a bit and then the BBQ started. Mostly Herman &Oliver were doing the cooking for us. After a bit, everyone started drinking except for a few of us. Left around 11:30pm.

Wednesday: Jessica Lai &Wash.
I was suppose to wake up at 9am and wake up Jessica at 9:30am but I fell back asleep until 10. Hah. Got to Balboa and Jessica hopped on the same bus. We decided to go to Little Henry's to eat. Hecka caught up =) Mostly heard about her very drama-filled life. Haha. KIDDING. But yeah, learned a lot about APhiO and I will most likely pledge next semester. We took our time to finish and then walked to Wash for a visit.
#12 MERILYN! She's so adorable. I didn't even expect to see her. I went with Jessica to visit Ms. Corbit and when we walked out of G4, there was this girl in the doorway across from us. She looked at us and Jessica was like 'Is that Merilyn?' and right away, Merilyn was like..jumping up and down. LOL. It was so funny. She had dance so she didn't have any shoes so she rushed to put on her shoes and then ran to us. =)

Thursday: Yum cha &Watchmen.
Kevin picked me up after class and we went to Ronald's house. Watched some TV while waiting for Oliver. Walked to the yum cha place - Hong Kong Lounge - and Jacky also came to eat with us. Saw Tiffany Liang & Arthur! Mimi came a bit later. After eating, we went back to Ronald's to check for movie times. Watchmen -.- OHMAN. Good it was only 8 dollahs :[ 3 hours long and I'm still confused. No recommendations from me.

#20 Funny story goes with this picture. Jacky was sick today so he couldn't eat alot of the stuff we got :[ So he ordered a "Sweet Cotton Cake"...no idea what it was. But anyway, this plate of colorful stuff arrived at our table and everyone looked at each other because we had no idea what it was. Hahahah. Even Jacky had no idea what it was until he figured that it was his sweet cotton cake. LOL.

I realized that telling someone how important they are to you is quite...essential. It's nice to know you're loved, appreciated, special, no? :) It doesn't need to be said all the time, once in a while is nice. The feeling of both giving and receiving words of affirmation is indeed a happy feeling (:
