Went to church today and I think that the message Pastor Kingston gave today was totally from God to me. It was about how we fear to stand up for what we believe in and how we fear to be ambassadors for Jesus. After listening, I've decided that I really need to find myself again. It seems like ever since I started school, my relationship with Jesus has faded. My actions and thinking aren't Christian-like and I don't like it. I really need to start getting back on track.

So let me tell you what I believe in and what I will stand up for.

I believe that marriage is for one man and one woman. I don't have hatred or negative thoughts about homosexuals. I just believe that marriage is a gift from God and it clearly states in the Bible that this gift is a blessing given to a male and a female. During the rally today, one of the pastor speakers said, "I refuse to mutilate a masterpiece." The masterpiece he spoke of refers to marriage and the creator of the masterpiece is God.

It was a good turnout. We got a LOT of honks (Honk for Traditional Marriage) and of course, those occasional middle fingers and thumbs down's. But hey, everyone has their own viewpoints and morals. Everyone has their own mind and everyone thinks for themselves.

8 years ago, there was another rally/parade in San Francisco down 19th avenue. I participated in that but I was not as active. 8 years later, today, I participated in the rally in Cupertino and I proudly tell you that I stood up for God. I stood up for what I believe in.

"For this is what I'm glad to do. It's time to live a life of love that pleases you. And I will give my all to you. Surrender everything I have to follow you."
